  13. If you have experience or are interested in developing Windows-based,
  14. web editing tools (such as web editors, browsers, form/script
  15. generators, counter tools, GIF/JPEG tools, etc.) and would like to
  16. create/market your product through an experienced web-based software
  17. publisher, please contact me.

  19. My new company, LionWare, is ready to go online on the web to promote
  20. the best in affordable web editing tools. I want to provide
  21. evalution-style shareware, easily accessible on the web and other
  22. online channels, and which will be marketed throughout web/online
  23. channels and related publications.

  25. I am currently working with developing partners through standard non-
  26. disclosure agreements and intend to sell their products on a royalty
  27. basis through standard software publishing agreements. Basically, the
  28. developer creates the web tool; I productize it, advertise it,
  29. ditstribute it, sell it, and support it.

  31. My motivation for doing this? Web editing tools are becoming more and
  32. more popular as the web continues to explode in popularity. And the web
  33. provides a superb marketing channel for software. There is some serious
  34. money to be made out there!
